COVID-19 RESPONSE

Our COVID-19 evidenced based infection control processes for are in place using the most current Standard of Precautions from the CDC (Centers for Disease Control), ADA (American Dental Association) and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) so that when you seek care at our office, it is both extremely safe and comfortable for you. We have also installed new Medical Grade Air Purifiers to ensure that patients and staff are all operating in the healthiest possible indoor environment. Your safety and the safety of our staff are our two top priorities.

Upcoming Appointments: Your next visit to our office will look different from past visits. Below are just a few of the changes being made in our office procedures.

• As much information as possible will be collected from you prior to your visit to our office. Expect a call from our staff with some screening questions.

• Please have ALL persons entering the office wear a mask (including a parent bringing a child).

• Temperature scans will be performed as you enter our office. All patients must have a temperature below 100.4 to be seen.

• We have hand sanitizer that we will ask you to use when you enter the office. Please feel free to use it as you leave as well.

• We ask that parents (if able) wait in vehicle when your child is in our care (after reviewing an updated health history with staff). A team member will follow up with you if there are any necessary treatment or concerns after the appointment.

• All patients will be required to rinse with hydrogen peroxide (that will be provided) before any treatments begin.

• We will regularly disinfect the reception room check-in, check-out countertops and bathrooms, doorknobs etc. as patients enter and leave the building throughout the day

• We have implemented designated times on the schedule for high risk patients and allowed extra time and space for social distancing.

• You may see our waiting room will no longer offer magazines, children’s toys etc. We also ask you to limit the number of personal items you bring into the office. Please leave personal belongings (if able) in your vehicle or with another person waiting for you.

We look forward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we need to take to keep you, and our staff safe.

Thank you for being our patient. We value you your trust and loyalty and look forward to welcoming you back to our office in the safest way possible.
